What is your Return/Exchange policy?
Most purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase Sapien has the right to reject returns sent outside of the 30 day time period.
All items must be in original condition - unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Sapien reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet this criteria.
How do I start a Return/Exchange?

When can I expect my refund?
It normally takes between 2-4 weeks to receive and process your refund. We’ll connect via email to let you know when the item has been received and your refund has been processed.
How do I return a gift?
We only offer exchanges on gifts. To exchange a gift, please follow the steps to exchange an item above, and once we receive your item (in about 2-4 weeks) at the warehouse, we will then complete the exchange and ship you the item you’d like to exchange it with.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All sale items are final sale and unavailable for returns or exchanges.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Canada and the USA.
Where is my order?
For all shipped packages, we’ll email you a confirmation and tracking number. You can access the tracking number via the direct link we send within the email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Paypal
How long does it take for my order to ship?
In-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I remove items I no longer want from my order?
Yes, you can remove items you no longer want from your shopping cart as long as the order hasn’t been shipped. Please email us at email@example.com to process this request. Once your order is processed you will have to return/exchange the item within 15 days if delivery to receive a refund/exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What happens if you don’t have my size?
Unless the product was introduced as a limited edition item, it is likely we will be restocking our products on a regular basis. If there is a specific product and size you’d like to purchase, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the details of what you are looking for and we’ll let you know when it's back in stock.
